We offer fully central heated accommodation.
The cottage is situated only 5kms (10mins drive) from the resort of Roda in a small Greek farming village which has 2 local shops and a taverna. This gives you the opportunity to sample the Greek way of life that most visitors do not get the chance to see.
There is a local bus service 5 times a day each way with the last bus being 17.30 from Roda, however renting a car would be a more ideal form of transport. We can offer you car hire in with your holiday package if required.
The cottage comprises of the following:
Top Floor
Sitting room with television, DVD player, satellite TV, video, sofa bed, dining table and chairs. This room has a Velux skylight window with internal blind.
Fully fitted kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal plus cooker, microwave and fridge.
The first bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinet, dressing table, wardrobe and window with shutters.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, dressing table, wardrobe and Velux skylight window with internal blind.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Balcony with table and chairs for optional eating outdoors or just enjoying the warm evening sun.
Ground Floor
Sitting room/kitchen area, with television, DVD player, satellite TV, video, 2 armchairs, dining table and chairs. The fully fitted kitchen area has cooker, fridge, microwave and everything you need to prepare a meal. This room has a window with shutters.
Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinet. There is a sliding window with shutters.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Outside area with table and chairs for optional eating outdoors or just enjoying the sun.
All rooms on both floors have anti-mosquito plugins and are fully central heated offering all year round accommodation. There are plenty of coat hangers for all your clothing. Towels, iron & ironing board are provided. Hair dryers can be provided at a small cost. A child's cot can also be provided if required.
A washing machine is also available on the premises.
Prices Top Floor - prices start from £180 per week Ground Floor - prices start from £140 per week Cost is for whole package not per person.
Easter and Christmas are becoming very popular with scheduled flights from Gatwick and Manchester.
How To Book
First decide what dates you require. Then check out flight availability. (Do not book flights at this stage)
Contact us to make a preliminary booking then book your flight. We will hold your preliminary booking for a maximum of 7days.
As soon as your flight is booked, contact us by phone or email to confirm the booking.
Make deposit payment within 7 days, a minimum of £100.00
All payments must be made payable to a bank account number that will be forwarded to you by email once we have your full details.
Please note the following important information Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid. Deposits are not refundable. Final payment must be made at least 6 weeks before your holiday starts. Flight bookings are the customers responsibility, but we can give assistance with contacts i.e. websites if needed. Transfers from and to airport are not included in any bookings.
Vehicle rental can be arranged on your behalf and delivered to airport if required.
