One thing we have learnt since moving to Greece is that holiday apartments do vary in size and facilities. Some tend to be basic whilst a few now offer a higher level of comfort and facilities. When listing accommodation we have tried to describe the level of facilities offered where possible.

Ballas Apartments & Studios, Roda – no.2 on map

Built in an oasis of olive trees and plants and only steps away from Roda Beach, Ballas Apartments is the perfect location for families or anyone looking for a private holiday. It is a family run accommodation with a friendly and warm atmosphere.
Consisting of two separate buildings, each one with two maisonettes and one studio in between, it is located in a quite position, set in 11.000 sq.m of land with olive trees, beehives, grass and flowers around the apartments. A parking area under the shadow of the trees is available.

The fully equipped and furnished maisonettes are open plan, built on two different levels, and can accommodate from 2 to 4 persons plus one extra bed. The ground floor consists of an open plan sitting room combined with kitchen and dining area together with a large pergola covered terrace. The mezzanine floor has one king size bed with a large pergola covered veranda overlooking the evergreen surroundings and the mountains.
All the maisonettes have fully equipped kitchen( eye level oven, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, extractor fan, coffee machine, kettle, toast maker) bathroom with hairdryer, safe box, air-condition and satellite TV.

The fully equipped and furnished studios are also open plan with one king size bed, one sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and dining room together with private facilities and large terrace. All the studios have bathroom with hairdryer, safe box, air-conditioning and satellite TV.

Nireas Studios & Apartments -Acharavi

Situated in Acharavi, close to the beach and the village, Nireas Studios & Apartments are run by very friendly family & staff. Perfect for families and couples of all ages.

Nireas has a large (25mx8m) swimming pool and seperate child's pool and is surrounded by lawned gardens with sunbeds and parasols. The pool bar serves a large variety of drinks and freshly made snacks.

Studios sleep 2-3 persons and apartments sleep up to 6 persons.

All have a well equipped kitchen area including fridge, microwave, electric kettle and either a toaster or sandwich maker together with private shower, WC, balcony and regular maid service. Air conditioning is available in all studios and apartments (extra).

Situated at the end of the Old Village road in the centre of Acharavi

Harry’s Bar was the first bar to open in Acharavi and has been in business for over 25 years.

Harry’s apartments are open all year and always offer very good rates.
